We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below.

How to start a return

Starting a return takes less than 2 minutes. Follow these steps:

Contact us — email us at maisonzenvibe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Get approval — our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Ship it back — securely repackage the item and send it using the instructions provided. Keep your tracking number.

Receive your refund — once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns may not be accepted and could delay your refund.


How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Here's what to expect:

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our conditions, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's issued.

Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit.

Defective or incorrect items: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement — whichever you prefer. Just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.


Who covers return shipping?

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

Our fault (damaged, defective, wrong item): We cover the full cost of return shipping.

Change of mind or preference: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.



Want a different item?

We currently don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return your original item (following the steps above) and place a new order once your refund is confirmed. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
